Dear Client,

I am writing to provide you with a final reminder that any accounts altered after 4:00PM GMT tomorrow (Tuesday 6th January 2009) will not be transferred to the new server, unless you provide us with a support ticket before 3:00PM GMT tomorrow informing us that your files may change (for example, if your site is social networking and you will have new users and altered profiles). If you submit that support ticket, your files will be transferred a full 24 hours later than other accounts, about an hour before the server switchover.
